India Business- Finance Manager

Job Summary:

- Prepare and review comprehensive finance reports which helps provide decision support for the India business leadership team

- Provide financial leadership and overall financial management for the India Geo. Serve as financial advisor for the India Geo

- Alignment of India Geo’s financial strategies with CSGs and alert where there is disconnect in expectations

- Provide guidance on financials and highlight the key risks to the plan/forecast etc

- Run the process of modelling affordability targets for the geo, including modelling at GU/SG/CSG/DTE level. Discussions at Geo councils, ensure outcomes meets overall targets at local level and fairness across workforces

- Connect on supply/demand at the Geo level with validation based on market conditions

- Monitor Chargeability and Recoverability

- Analyse the opportunity pipeline and provide key insights into the hot spots

- EAC checkpoint, Risk metrics etc

- Network w India Biz leadership provide or facilitate training be on point to solve coordinate for across finance

- Develop network relationship with decision support leads in OU and GP finance.

- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and professional development of the finance teams

- Work as responsible financial leader for a project.

- Communicate company-wide initiatives to group supported

- Provide leadership direction and career mentoring to the teams and direct reports

- this person is also expected to support the Finance Director in driving the common India Finance objectives, working with finance leads and team and driving those actions

Skills Required:

- Deep understanding of the company’s vision and core values business needs and organizational structure

- Deep understanding of the company’s position in the market place

- Good understanding of GU specific issues

- Good understanding of company’s selling messages and offerings

- Data analysis experience

- Pipeline management experience

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
