And if you think you are game for it we would love to have you on board.  Following is the JD:  As a Module Lead for processes, you will be responsible for monitoring KYC Management. You will lead the KYC and Compliance team for ensuring 100% adherence to standards by consumers and partners. You will be executing processes as per the compliance framework of banks and Indepay customers/partners. You will be signing off the on-boarding of customer and partner after evaluating them as per KYC norms. You will be in charge of the governance of compliances, policies and processes for partners and customers. You will maintain a repository for all the KYC submissions done by customers. You will be assessing the risk related to Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) standards. Also, you will be responsible for taking proactive measures to avoid the assessed risks. You will be responsible for approving the list of customer who can avail credit from Indepay post validating their documents.   Key responsibilities  - Ensure all cases are 100% accurate in terms of data content; and all applications/documents are captured to fulfill KYC & Compliance Procedures and local requirements ; Ensure 100% compliance for KYC norms  - Work with sales staff, relationship managers and operations to identify required KYC information and also to coordinate regulatory submissions to partners, banks and regulatory authority  - Creation of accurate KYC profiles on internal systems post collection and validation of information   - Management of the review process and ensuring that correct updated information is provided to static data team/s  - Providing assistance to the business in terms of project work and ensuring that industry best practices are adhered to  - Determine risk based upon Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) standards  - Take proactive measures to assist in minimizing deficiencies associated with regulatory and reputational risk  - Investigate conflicts and risk issues as well as to evaluate the proper course of action to be taken based upon their review of the customer, business functions and financial activity  - Determine potential risk to the organization through extensive research and documentation of new customers/partners  - Formulate next steps based on due diligence review and escalate concerns to the Customer Care Manager  - Lead productivity planning, case assignments, exceptional case handling  Key skills  - Should be well versed with Banking Operations, policies and procedures.  - Sound have good knowledge of broad regulatory compliances ad KYC documents required  - Should have a understanding of excel, word, core banking and monitoring systems  - Should have an expertise in operating various CRM tools  - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals and organizations  - Superior analytical skills to evaluate the macro and granular scenario of same issue  - Good communication skills both spoken and written are a must  - Proficient in using budgeting tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and MS Project  - Excellent business acumen, problem solving ability,and tech savvy  - Should be self starter, result oriented and a strong bias for action is mandatory  Company Profile  Indepay Networks is a global financial technology company, whose innovative technology advances payments for remittance and compulsive spends by incentivizing the mass users to move from traditional cash based transactions towards a cashless platform.
