- In Corporate Communications at Indepay, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of global communications plans that drive the demand for company products.   - Internally, you will be responsible for ensuring that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company. You will be responsible for distribution of executive messages, preparation of presentations and internal memos and conducting meetings for information sharing. You will also be responsible for the development of print materials and branding strategies for employee-use.   - Externally, you will represent Indepay to the stakeholders, interested parties and the public. You will serve as the company spokesperson to the media and the general public. You will be responsible for developing & distributing materials that may explain or convey the Indepay's policies or position on issues. Other duties may include issuing press releases, arranging interviews and compiling press kits.   Key responsibilities :  - Create company literature and other forms of communication   - Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic  - Work with advertisers for timely and usable ad submissions  - Copy, edit, proofread, and revise communications  - Design and launch email marketing campaigns  - Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation  - Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget  - Promote products and services through public relations initiatives  - Develop marketing communications campaigns  - Create thought leadership material  - Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals   - Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references Research media coverage and industry trends  - Develop fresh story ideas  - Conduct extensive media outreach  - Prepare briefing materials  - Coordinate scheduling and logistics  - Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews  - Manage information  - Prepare agendas and conduct research  Key skills   - Should have arranged events for a wider audience (events for CFOs and MDs), managing press (relationship with editors), branding activities (brochures, website, internal branding, e-mailers, advertisements, digital marketing, etc.)  - Well-developed project management and decision-making skills; able to execute high-quality programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency   - Must be motivated, creative, proactive, flexible, fast learner  - Excellent interpersonal and people management skills  - Proven ability to develop, continuously innovate and lead the implementation of communications plans for the future  - Strong diplomacy skills  - High-energy; communications strategist and practitioner  - Possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality  - Should be self starter, result oriented, and a strong bias for action is mandatory
