Location: Mumbai  Job Description :   Head of Account/Financial Controller :   - Preparation of Board Meeting Minutes, Annual General Meeting Minutes and EGM minutes, if any, of group companies and Compliance under Companies Act 2013, read with Rules, in consultation with Managing Director.   - Preparation of Annual Reports of group Companies, Annual Filing of Forms, Annual Returns and filing of other forms in consultation with Managing Director.   - Preserving and maintaining of all statutory records/ forms / documents and other relevant papers as required under Companies Act.   - Ensuring Stock Exchange, RBI/SEBI compliance's and providing support to Company Secretary.   - Experience in handling Joint Ventures,liaising in connection with the same.   - Providing all required information to the statutory auditors/finance/ legal /marketing / planning /services and other departments of the group to have smooth function of the organization.   - Assisting in incorporation of entities, mergers, demergers and restructuring if any.   - Handling Audits Stat Audit, Internal audit, Tax audit, Service tax Audit including audit preparation, responding to document requests, litigation support etc.   - Management of financial systems & budgets, financial audits, accounting records & MIS, regulatory compliance, liaising with internal & external auditors, drafting deeds, contracts,   - ONLY FROM Banking & NBFC background  CTC : 50-70 Lakh Per Annum   - CA/CS Both   Experience : 10 to 15 Year (s)   Our founding team is led by :   Bhupinder Singh - Founder & CEO   Seeking entrepreneurial minded, collaborative go-getters to form the founding team.   We offer competitive pay, fast-paced, but fun, work environment, and aggressive growth for top performers.
