IMS, test prep institute, is hiring for its multiple locations across Delhi & NCR.

We are looking for MBA Graduates who can manage the centre (& can teach to a certain level if possible).

Salary is no bar for the perfect candidate.

Employee Satisfaction.

Responsible for Student Satisfaction

Responsible for employee performance evaluation.

Stationery procurement & consumption monitoring.

Actively listening to client concerns and empathizing with their position.

Continuous follow-up on leads.

Guides and directs the Center Staff in the development, production, promotion and sale of the Center's products and services.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities (e.g: performance reviews, and training and development of Staff)

Directs the preparation of short and long range plans and budgets based on growth objectives.

Should be capable of tie-ups and conducting seminar in schools & colleges in his area.
