Job Title - Imperia Relationship Manager - Mumbai (Domivali)

- An Imperia Relationship Manager handles a group of High Net Worth Imperia Clients

- Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs

- Deepen the relationship by Cross selling Banks Products and Services according to Customer needs

- Increase liabilities size of relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers

- To Enhance & Retain customer profitability by capturing larger share of Wallet

- Ensure profitability of the portfolio: Generate high Income per Customer

- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referencing.

Key Skills:

Education:

- Candidate must possess any Post Graduate/Professional Degree.

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets

- Should have good knowledge of all Banking Products.

- Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance.

Skills:

- Preferred Skills: AMFI and IRDA Certification.

- Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills

- Good Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Influential Skills & Presentation Skills.

- Imperia Relationship Managers in BANK ONLY i.e. Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent & have handled Imperia clients before.

Important Things to Note:

- Relevant experience (HNW portfolio handling exp), excellent communication skills.

- Imperia means: RM has to maintain quarterly bal of 25 lakhs or above 25 Lacs for Imperia clients, depending upon client to client.

- Kindly ensure that the resumes are screen prior to line up.

- ONLY from Banking Industry.

- Candidate should not be an ex-employee of HDFC bank.
