We are pioneering technology innovations in the education sector, with a clear goal of becoming global leaders in our space.  The flagship product, Impartus (a combination of hardware and software) is enabling Lecture Capture, Flipped Classroom and MOOCs for education and training institutions through B-2-B sales.  Founded by 3 IIT and IIM alumni (each having more than a decade of industry experience), it boasts many of the top universities in India as its clients and has won several awards including - Innovation in Education Practices- at World Education Summit, 2014.  Well-funded by reputed institutional investor, we are building a world class team to fuel our growth  The Technical Account Manager, amember of the Impartus Sales Team, will work alongside Account Managers to support clients with product demonstration, upgrades and integrations, operations and technical support.This is a customer-facing role, which will require constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of delivering first-class service to higher education partners in a timely manner.If you have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this may be the right fit for you.  Responsibilities :  - Communicate with Account Management, Development and other departments to ensure successful delivery of Impartus products  - Advocate for your higher education clients with internal resources like Engineering, QA and Product Management  - Provide the highest quality client service support and address challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism  - Use of Impartus Video Platform to test, traffic and optimize promotional campaigns  - Manage the integration process of new Higher Education partners, including overseeing the builds of iOS/Android apps and mobile Websites  - Assist in the QA process across various platforms (Windows OS, Android and iOS)  - Assist in developing tools and building upon current processes to help manage rapidly growing demand  Desired Skills and Abilities :  - Experience in demonstrating enterprise software to end customers and partners (e-learning experience is a plus)  - Experience with ticketing systems and content/asset management tools  - Experience working on apps and mobile technology.
