Job Description:   Product Managers work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. As a Product Manager in the Impact Guru team, you will be a key player in the process of defining, designing and executing the Web and Mobile experience of Impact Guru users around the world. This position is full-time and based in our Mumbai office.   Job Responsibilities:  - Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities   - Roadmap Planning: Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing and planning the roadmap and major product releases.   - Define market-driven product requirements based on customer, prospect, marketplace, and competitive dynamics for each product release.  - Develop, prioritize and manage the product backlog in a lean / agile environment.  - Develop in-depth analysis of competitor feature/functions and determine optimal competitive positioning.  - Understand Impact guru's domain and deliver products that are recognised best in the industry.   - Maximise efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.   - Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products  Requirements:   - 1-5 years of experience in managing product release cycles at a tech company or other relevant experience .  - Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and manage successful software products.  - Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.  - Bachelor Degree in computer science and related fields required.  - Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications and/or media products  - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product  - Experience with hands on programming and knowledge of tech platforms and languages is essential.   - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.  - Experience working at ecommerce companies and marketplaces is a big plus.   Perquisites & Benefits:  - A competitive salary and performance bonus per month  - Opportunity to be part of a diverse working environment, valuable social sector work experience   - Fun, casual, relaxed and flexible work environment  - Flexible working hours
