Job Description

- Manage all matters pertaining to Admin activities such as facilities management such as cafeteria, food & beverages, housekeeping, security, vendors, stationery, couriers, car parking, civil works, electrical works, CC camera, ID cards, data cards, SIMs, corporate CUG, business cards, event-related jobs, utility bills, health & safety, environment, etc.

- Ensure zero downtime of door control access/ attendance systems, creation & updating of access cards in attendance management system.

- Ensure timely AMC activities for DG, UPS, passenger lift, food dumper, AC, telephone, etc.

- Support and supervise travel desk implant resource for flight tickets, travel insurance, VISA, cab, and accommodation.

- Maintain database of suppliers and service providers.

- Execute ad-hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager.

- Manage records and MIS.

Skills and Experience preference

- 5 to 8 years of proficient experience in similar role within IT enterprise. Prefer aspirants, who could join with in short notice of time.

- Excellent communication and telephone skills (fluent, spoken and written English).

- Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task

- Proficiency in MS office tools, especially excel.

- Experience working in a fast growing and constantly changing an environment.

Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
