Job Description :
- Will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executive and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Responsible for understanding customers - business strategies, future product plans, expansion activities to align resources and capture new business.
- Ability to work with different industry verticals particularly FMCG, BFSI & eCommerce.
- Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for IMImobile.
- Become a trusted advisor to the customer and participate in customer's strategic planning.
- Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
- Keeping abreast of the market and particularly our competition
Experience : 6+ years of Experience in Account Management / Relationship Management / Operations Roles
Location : Gurgaon
Desired Qualification :
- MBA
- Adept at using MS Office tools
- Energetic candidate with business acumen, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle non-standard situations
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
- Highly creative with strong presentation skills
- Inquisitive mind with a passion for communications technology.
