IMImobile is seeking a creative, results-oriented, revenue driving Mobile Evangelist to drive the adoption of the company’s suite of products and solutions by leading Brands, either directly or through Agencies.

The desired candidate should be comfortable with technology products and be able to define solutions with prospective clients. He/ She should bring a level of creativity to envision new solutions around existing technology capabilities.

He/ she should understand the workings of Brand-Agency relationships and should be able to position IMImobile’s products and solutions according to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in building profitable revenue streams through the launch of innovative customer engagement and mobile marketing solutions for brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Build trusted relationships across customer organizations and develop a strong understanding and appreciation of how IMImobile’s solutions can help brands achieve their business objectives.

- Develop a detailed understanding of IMI’s technology and solutions and strategically convey these solutions to decision makers in Agencies & Brands.

- Conduct detailed and accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess viability of new business opportunities.

- Ensure customer retention and build long term relationships.

- Provide regular updates on markets, competitive and business landscape. Track and evaluate client / partner technology requirements and work with product management to ensure proper prioritization of roadmap.

- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure IMImobile’s solutions are positioned accurately and presented in a clear and attractive manner to customers and the market as a whole.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

- Strong academic background in Business Management.

- Experience selling mobile services and/or software solutions, ideally with an understanding of CRM and customer Lifecycle management.

- Prior demonstrated experience of meeting and exceeding targets.

- Track record of consistent performance in Key Account Management.

- Ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly.

- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and results-driven environment.

- Highly self-motivated and driven, tenacious, competitive and target orientated.
