Job Description:

- Managing the end to end delivery of the bid/RFX responses by identifying the roles and responsibilities, flagging key concerns (legal, SLA- s, etc.) grey areas, compliances, coordinating with the technical, legal, finance and the sales team

- Ensure that proposal submissions are compliant with all applicable RFP instructions and guidelines

- Adhere to all key milestones specified in the RFP/RFI as part of the bidding process and keep all the key stakeholders updated regularly on the progress

- Coordinate all aspects of proposal response

- Engage in activities related to making presentations, solution walk through, case studies, service offerings & descriptions, marketing collaterals etc

- Work with product team and technical writers to improve document usability

- Collaborate and provide recommendation to improve proposal processes, databases, archives, templates, power point decks etc

- Assist delivery / sales team with presentation of solution / capabilities to prospects and clients

- Ensuring proposal is well written, formatted, reviewed according to customer needs to submit a competitive and winning proposal

Experience:

- Should have bid management or presales experience of 3-6 years, preferably in telecom domain.

- Should have good technical knowledge in at least one of the below areas:

- Mobile Value Added Services Space (VAS)

- Campaign management and customer profiling

- Device Apps

- Mobile Marketing / Mobile Messaging

- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills

- Adept at preparing product pitch presentations, bid defense presentations

- Ability to prepare an impressive & comprehensive technical proposal based on the inputs from product and other technical teams.
