Position Overview:  - This position leads the talent acquisition initiatives for India Recruitment. The role holder would be abided by the overall IKS policies and procedures with a complete free hand to customize policies and programs to meet local nuances.   - This position would have independent budget, authority and accountability end to end for everything related to Talent Acquisition at Mumbai.   Responsibilities:   Manage volume & lateral hiring process to ensure that IKS is attracting and selecting the highest caliber candidates available in the market for all lateral i.e. Team Leader & Assistant Manager.   Recruitment responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:  - Review Hiring projection for new hires & backfills for lateral positions  - Calibrate and finalize Hiring Panel  - Establish selection criteria for various level/functional hiring  - Ensure on-time/just in time hiring   - Stay within the hiring budgets  - Create avenues for increasing sourcing pool   - Build and Manage Vendors who are outcomes oriented  - Conduct and ensure markets are mapped in terms of people, compensations and skills at regular intervals  - Create metrics for hiring at various levels for the team and self and ensure a proper governance structure is in place to track performance regularly  - Enact the role of a compliance officer to ensure all processes are followed and no disciplinary issues are ignored   - Leading the Recruitment team to ensure that a consistent, high quality and professional service is provided at advisory and administrative level   Desired Candidate Profile:  - Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required   - 12 years of experience in volume and lateral hiring within ITES space.   - Few earlier years experience in sales would be preferred   Human Skills:  - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and Supervisors   - Team Player skills   - Good Attitude towards work   - Must be well organized and detail-oriented.   - Ability to work under pressure   - Handling team across geographies   Education:   - (Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required)   - Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.   - Excellent communication interviewing and presentation skills.
