IKS Health services allow our clients to grow effectively and navigate industry changes successfully.  The Director Training for IKS Care will be responsible for managing the training function for all of IKS Care.Will be responsible for setting up and managing team of trainers for IKS Care that ensures that our doctors/nurses are able to perform with deliver high quality and productivity.   Responsibilities:  - Create and manage training infrastructure for IKS Care to ensure process excellence  - Recruit and manage a team of trainers and training managers with appropriate clinical expertise for each line of business   - Utilize training materials created by the Delivery Support team for each line of business and customize it for each batch of trainees   - Work with delivery and HR leaders to create training calendars, and ensure that training programs are conducted on time and within budget  - Ensure that training programs deliver the right process excellence and productivity for the new hires  - Provide feedback to the Delivery Support team so that they can modify training materials as needed.  Work Experience:  - 10 years of training experience, of which at least 3 years are at a managerial level  - Experience in training in a knowledge-intensive process, such as KPO research/analytics or legal  Mandate: exposure to healthcare IT, especially EHR  Mandate: medical degree - MBBS, BHMS, BAMS
