Background to the role: A critical component of superior - Care- operations delivery is to be able to access and analyze millions of patient records in real time irrespective of the type of EMR (EPIC, Cerner etc.) it is housed in or the format (Flat files, Scans, Voice Messages). Current solution available to us is a manual process which involves accessing this patient data via a citrix system and then manually feeding in the data into our systems for analysis. Clearly, this solution is not scalable to provide real time analysis and severely constrains our ability to give physicians what they really want - clear, actionable and data driven insights. This problem is the foundation on which we can build an intelligent layer of further automation, analytics and response. The problem is not a new one and indications exist that there are pockets of talent in healthcare IT organizations which are likely to have solved this problem to a great extent. As IKS Care grows, there will be a continuous need to make sure the interface runs smoothly with newer EMRs and new version of classic EMRs as well as to improve efficiency of associated OCR, file scanning and other associated processes. A flawless implementation of this technique can increased productivity of - Care- operations 4X.  Key Responsibilities:  Migrate all core services (DM & VS) to proprietary IT platforms  - Design enterprise IT platform(s) for end-to-end tech enablement/automation of DM & VS operations (scribble, Chart-it and DocTrack applications). Base design & architecture based upon functional needs (e.g. workflows, MIS/analytics for IKS operations, client dashboards)  - Drive development (build or buy) & deployment of platforms to deliver measurable improvements in quality, cost, productivity of major service lines  - Build library of modules/plug-ins etc. to enable IKS services on a variety of EHR platforms (e.g. AllScripts, EPIC, Cerner)  Develop IT accelerators for new/ development-stage offerings  - Work closely with D&D team to design components/apps/API's etc. to automate key workflows and activities in new offerings (e.g. rules engines for immerse)  - Identify and build adaptors for key EHR platforms  Support change management of core operations  - Support service lines to redesign and automate workflows and processes, including via training and skill development  Required experience in   - EMR/EHR API/ Interface technology  - Voice/ Optical and other related technologies  - Automation techniques/ technology design, development and deployment  - High throughput systems  - Process change management
