Job Description :

- End to End Non-IT recruitment.

- Sourcing, screening, shortlisting resumes.

- Understanding job requirements and find relevant profiles

- Scheduling online tests, telephonic interviews, skype interviews, face to face interviews for shortlisted candidates.

- Salary negotiations, closing the positions as early as possible.

- To maintain the daily MIS and desired reports related to talent acquisition

- To perform other HR activities as assigned by the line manager

Eligibility :

- Should have at least 6 months experience in Non-IT recruitment

- Should be very good in communication

- Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference
