Designation: Assistant Manager- Sourcing | Client Engagement

Location- Bangalore

Reporting into: Client Engagement Head- South

Job summary:

Using both direct and indirect- sourcing- channels, you will work closely with the Client Engagement Head- South, to provide high quality shortlists that match hiring manager roles and requirements.-

Key responsibilities:-

1. Recruiting passive candidates using a range of skills including but not limited to - networking, headhunting, name gathering and building complex internet search strings to harness untapped talent. Partnering with senior team members/stakeholders to generate ideas, leverage resources, and sharing information to improve the overall search process.

2. Recruiting active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, social networking sites and job boards.

3. Positioning the organization and the role to prospective candidates.-

4. Evaluate profiles of potential candidates, ensuring that they meet strict hiring requirements. Pre-screen candidates to a high standard and produce shortlists and where required, long lists.

5. Understanding the job market, job responsibilities, professional competencies and transferable skills when matching candidates with relevant opportunities. Proactively researching and investigating new ideas to create innovative- sourcing- strategies. Building relationships in the marketplace and establishing a pipeline of potential future candidates

6. Working closely with the recruiters to source and deliver the best candidates available at various levels across multiple business lines quickly in highly competitive markets.

7. Time management is key to ensuring resourcing targets and SLAs are met alongside excellent customer service.

8. Preparing candidates for interviews and guiding them through the process smoothly.-

Essentials:

- Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people

- Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
