We believe we are just getting started!   Position : AM/DM - Recruitment Services  Experience : 0-2 years  Location : Delhi  Key Responsibilities :  - Assist & Support Client Engagement Consultants & Managers with sourcing relevant profiles as per client mandates  - Drive usage of our products in assigned accounts  - Take ownership of all on-boarding/refresher training sessions for clients  - Act as an interface between the company and the client  - Document, prepare and own monthly client reports  This is a high profile growth role where you have the chance to grow and manage independent large scale accounts  Additional Qualifications :  - Self starter, an ability to work in a fast growing, challenging start-up work space  - Outgoing and garrulous as it is a client facing role.   - Strong analytical skills to derive data driven insights for better decision making  - Outstanding teamwork, organisational and interpersonal skills, with tremendous attention to detail  - Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference  We are a 70+ member team, mostly in Delhi with presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata   This position is based out of our Delhi office in Pitampura.   We work six days a week.
