Job description:

- Serve as primary client contact on multiple accounts.

- Protect and grow the agency's relationships with clients

- Plan, coordinate and direct advertising and digital campaigns for agency clients

- Effectively and confidently balance the expectations of clients, agency and agency teams.

- Establish rapport and trust with a range of agency staff members.

- Lead the development of strategy, working closely with account planners.

- Lead the positive, spirited debate of ideas and points-of-view in order to push the account team and the agency at large to deliver a continuously improving product for clients.

- Monitor creative direction to ensure strategic objectives and goals approved by the client in advance are incorporated into the development of advertising and digital platforms.

- Organize and lead creative briefing meetings for agency team members

- Prepare thorough, accurate and timely internal communication: job starters, change orders, creative briefs, media plan requests, buy authorizations and timelines.

- Obtain all required client approvals

- Review monthly billing to check against project estimates and ensure accuracy

- Develop monthly budget recaps to ensure agency programs adhere to client budgets

- Develop accurate income forecasts and projections

- Substantially contribute to agency new business efforts

Eligibility criteria:

- 6+ years' experience in digital and client management/servicing

- Knowledge of web development process and digital marketing

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
