IGATE - Source to Pay Solutions Lead

Required Skills:

- Lead source to pay practice - Experience in BPO/large MNC companies.

- Strong expertise in S2P domain in manufacturing/engineering/healthcare/services domains.

- Ability to build S2P capability, solutions where BPO services are wrapped around to our S2P platforms.

- Work closely with strategic alliance partners to cross sell S2P solutions to IGATE/ partner clients

- Very strong on driving results and change management, excellent communication and senior executive presence.

- Ability to manage multiple stake holders and influence them

- Must have good understanding of BPO operations and building innovative S2P solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for building a strong S2P Team with domain expertise

- Build S2P expertise in specific BPO domains, where IGATE and its alliance partners have strong presence.

- Work closely with FAO, presales and Delivery team to synergize between existing S2P Delivery engagements and explore further opportunities and expand our engagements.

- Work closely with Pre-sales/Sales/Delivery & PMO to grow BPO business and ensure that we are in the dominant category in S2P market-place.

- Responsible for providing support to BPO Leadership to meet and exceed financial targets
