Position Summary :

The role holder will be responsible for financials of the delivery units s/he is overseeing and overall health of the IHL Accounts assigned. S/he will be responsible for Delivery, cross / up selling and working actively with the pre sales team in order to increase sales revenue. S/he will be responsible for client management and for ensuring the Customer Satisfaction scores remain healthy. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the people of his group by setting directions and ensuring they move in unison towards achieving the common goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery Management :

The role holder will be responsible for project delivery excellence through continuous reviews and management. S/he will be responsible for enhancing Gross Margins of projects by assisting in developing strategic direction for the unit.

Sales/ Account Growth :

- The role holder will build strategy for revenue/ margin growth. S/he will be responsible for understanding customer business needs, identifying business opportunities and presenting proposals to client along with the pre sales team.

- S/he will also be responsible for defining strategy for preparing a winning proposal and providing guidance to the proposal creation team. The incumbent will be involved in contract negotiations and closing deals. S/he will also participate in Key client meetings and interface.

Client Management :

- The role holder should liaison with the client and conduct regular reviews to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. S/he will use his/ her understanding of the client business and IGATE product offering knowledge to suggest appropriate/ alternate solutions to client.

- S/he will also participate in key review meetings with client and will be held responsible for the Customer Satisfaction Index.

People Management :

- The role holder will be responsible for leading the team towards achieving common goals. S/he takes responsibility for continuous training, skill building and deployment for identified projects. S/he will create strategies for effective resource utilization across onsite and offshore including manpower allocation and release.

- S/he will drive employee retention and resolve employee issues on time; will address morale problems while working with Project Managers /Project Leaders to drive performance management for identified projects. The role holder will use coaching and mentoring as a methodology for improving the competency quotient of the organization.
