- Working extensively with clients and advising them on their future state HR operating model, roadmap to HR transformation and identification and implementation of change enablers towards the desired end state - New product formulation / New practice set up - outline services strategy, drive partnering approach, own the Go to Market strategy and get it implemented to ensure adequate positioning of services
- Revenue generation - exploring opportunities in market, active pipeline creation, etc.
