Required Skills:  Experience: 18-25 years  - Manager with SAP consulting and delivery experience  - Should have strong experience in delivering SAP Implementation/Rollouts and Application Support engagements of significant size (~200 strong teams)  - Strong domain knowledge in Process Manufacturing is mandatory along with domain knowledge and experience in other verticals. Experience in Pharma Industry would be a distinct advantage  - Should be well versed with various SAP service offerings and service lines, should carry a good business acumen  - Proven capability in independently pursuing large deals, Solutioing and defending, bid management.   - Experience in independently managing global clients   - Project Management and Industry certifications (PMP/Prince/ITIL/RunSAP etc) - preferred  - Excellent communication with ability to interact with client's business & IT teams   - SAP Project Planning & Execution Management  - Good knowledge of software industry specific standards   - Good knowledge SAP products, architecture and tools, cross functional skills  - Industry Recognition  Roles and responsibilities:  Provide Delivery Leadership for portfolio of projects / accounts  - Execute business as per business strategy of company   - Support Sales in prospects and client acquisition  - Project work estimation  - Capacity Management, ensures effective resource utilization,   - Work scheduling & planning using MS Project or other industry standard tools   - People Management - Strategize on people capability building - Driving performance management and contribute to growth of competencies  - P&L Ownership of Projects and portfolio - Meeting Revenue targets, Meeting Gross Margin targets  - Effective resolution of escalated customer issues and concerns
