Getting visibility of business

- Proximity to the delivery managers / Project Managers at locations

- Visibility on pipeline deals at the location

- Visibility on ramp downs / project closures specific to the location

On-time fulfillment

- Continuous validation and prioritization of opens requirements at the location

- Planned movement of internal folks for account opening / new projects

- Healthy absorption of Fresher into the projects at the location

Availability of readily deployable pool

- Tracking rotation of resources at location

- Re-skilling / enhancement of skills of bench as per business needs

- Planning for Fresher intake

Recruitment coordination

- Review hiring plans of must-win/must grow accounts at location

- Prioritize open lateral hiring

- Follow up with recruitment

Pulse of business

- Formal monthly reviews with DMs/PMs at the location

- Frequent connects with DMs / PMs / Practice heads at the location

Manage Requirements for BU

- Any requirement by DM / PM outside of his base location for parent BU

- Planning for starting project outside DM / PM base location

SPOC for Dept/BU head

- Provide overall view of demand / fulfillment plan for a Portfolio or Customer (for parent Service Line) or BU head for planning new requirements,

- Monitoring overall utilization of the BU
