XSEED - Education Sales Specialist (2-5 yrs)
XSEED Education is one of India's hottest entrepreneurial stories. XSEED is globally transforming K-8 (elementary school) education from 'rote' to learning, through its scientific '5-step' method that builds thinking skills and problem solving confidence in children. Today we impact the learning of over 750,000 children in 1600 schools. Our team of 200+ professionals is led by Harvard, IIT, IIM alumni.
We are looking for someone who can drive new school acquisition in a given territory. Our expectation from the applicant would be one who can conclude a "sale" independently.
This will ask for building database, visit schools, gives presentation to principal & key decision makers, follow- through for getting academic buy-in and submission of proposal & closing the deal.
It will require extensive travel within 100KM radius from your base location.

About Role:
- Sell Xseed solution within a territory
- Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan to manager, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives
- Able to negotiate and close sales in routine situations, and with guidance when handling more complex deals
- Participate in Trade Displays and Conference when required
Desired Profile:
- Strong academic back ground
- Experience in Direct Solution Selling (not distributor/channel)
- Extrovert, Assertive and Persistent (not - yes sir/I will get back to you )
- Strong presentation skills in English and local language (should be comfortable in addressing a group)
