Our team includes alumni of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Teach for America and Teach for India.   Watch the following video to learn how XSEED is transforming classrooms: http://bit.ly/1bMh5m5, and the following presentation at MIT University on our decade-long entrepreneurial journey: http://bit.ly/OOjmjF.   About Role:   As Manager, Digital Marketing, you will have end to end responsibility for managing all digital communication, lead generation, run integrated campaigns as well as standalone projects and online tracking  - Planning and delivering the company’s digital strategy to drive business, annual budgeting etc.   - Manage the websites of XSEED Education including updating and revamping them.  - Manage online branding, communications and campaigns through website, online ads, emails, SEO, etc.   - To review performance of all campaigns and marketing channels to ensure lead generation and maximize RoI.  - To develop and execute strategy to increase page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site ‘stickiness’ to encourage repeat usage on the websites  - Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best ROI  - Manage the social media properties (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc) to improve customer attraction and retention  - Interact with agencies to execute digital strategies and run digital campaigns to meet the company’s objectives.  - Track and ensure closure of leads and queries.  Knowledge:  - MBA from top B-schools with 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing. Experience with B2B products will be preferred.  - Track record of running digital campaigns successfully  - Good analytical skills are a must.  - Knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, PHP, Java Script etc preferred  - Digital marketing certifications will be a plus  Skills:  - Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-moving, results-oriented environment  - Good oral and written communication skills combined with a structured thought process  - Highly proficient in computer skills  Attitude:  - Deadline oriented with track record in delivering stretch timelines (with high ownership)  - High intellect (with a ‘get-things-done’ ability)  - Detail orientated (seek and simplify/interpret for use)  - Multi-tasking (to deliver on multiple projects in parallel)
