PROFILE

Preferred Qualifications - Chartered Accountant

Preferred Experience - 5-8 yrs Banking

SKILLS

1. Banking experience

2. Knowledge on accounting Software-Implementation

3. Financial Reporting & Audit

4. BASEL III Expereince.

5. Good Knowledge of RBI Circulars

6. RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance.

7. Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines

8. CBS/GL Knowledge

9. SEBI /Equity Listing Agreement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Regulatory Reporting in Banking.

2. Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under RBI Act.

3. Preparation of Data for Risk Based Supervision.

4. Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.

5. Assist Director Finance.

Personal Skills:

1. Candidate must be a strong team player

2. Good front-to-back cross functional process knowledge within a Bank

3. Time management and communication skills.

4. Self motivated - able to operate with high level of ownership, independence and adaptability to changing priorities and workloads.

5. Accuracy and attention to detail

6. Willingness and ability to investigate and resolve problems and issues
