PROFILE

Preferred Qualifications - Chartered Accountant

Preferred Experience - 5-8 yrs Banking

SKILLS

1. Banking experience

2. Knowledge on accounting Software-Implementation

3. Financial Reporting & Audit

4. RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance.

5. Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

6. Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines

7. CBS/GL Knowledge

8. SEBI /Equity Listing Agreement.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Financial reporting & audit. Annual & Quarterly accounts

2. Responsible for co-ordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit

3. Analytical Review of Financial for decision making.

4. Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials, to the Teams, for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting.

5. Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under SEBI, Companies Act etc.,

6. Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.

7. Assist Director Finance.
