Desired Profile:
- Possess minimum 7 years total experience in Operations with at-least 3-5 years particularly in Retail Liability Operations

- Communications Skills : Ability to communicate clearly, decisively, across levels is required.
- Decisiveness : The right candidate shall demonstrate good logical / analytical skills backed by data and gut feel to lead the organization towards its objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
The Candidate is expected to help setting up the Retail Liabilities Operations by working closely with all stakeholders. This involves:
1. Drafting a blueprint for setting up of Retail Liabilities Operations and defining the process for:
- CASA Operations
- Term Deposit & its Operations
- Control Check Points for Data, KYC, AML
- Defining Processes around Scanning and Logistics keeping TAT's / Accuracy in mind.
- Partner / Vendor Management
- Client /Sales Queries & Processes
2. Continuous evaluation of Processes with a focus on bringing in improvement
3. Interactions with Consumer Banking focused on improving the control environment and improving on TAT's
4. Contribute to drafting policies for regular monitoring and reviewing existing systems and procedures and design internal controls /quality audit checks for various processes
5. Ensuring the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory Guidelines
6. Production of various MIS / Analytics / Dashboard for review with Senior Management & Business
7. Working with all Partners / Vendors so selected to maintain risk & control
8. During the setup stage of the bank, create processes in line with the overall organizations objective by regular interactions with business and allied functions
9. Ensuring that the Operations are run at a level of Cost, Accuracy, Efficiency, Customer Delight in line with Organizational Objectives
10. Develop a BCP / DR Framework and continuously improve upon it
11. Ability to look at obstacles / problems as challenges and develop innovative solutions
