- Strong analytical and problem solving ability; ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and evaluate correlations and synthesize data driven insights.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all documentations related to project financing, working capital financing, retail loan financing, capital market, treasury, ISDAs, etc
- Should be well versed with Infrastructure Laws, Banking Laws, Corporate Laws, Contracts Act, Property Laws, FEMA etc
- Responsible to manage litigation in DRT, consumer courts, cheque bounced cases, etc
