Profile:

Preferred Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Preferred Experience : 5-8 years - Banking

Skills:

- Banking experience

- Knowledge on accounting Software-Implementation

- Financial Reporting & Audit

- RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance.

- Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

- Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines

- CBS/GL Knowledge

- SEBI /Equity Listing Agreement.

Key Accountabilities:

- Financial reporting & audit. Annual & Quarterly accounts

- Responsible for co-ordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit

- Analytical Review of Financial for decision making.

- Coordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials, to the Teams, for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting.

- Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under SEBI, Companies Act etc.,

- Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.

- Assist Director Finance.
