Profile:

Preferred Qualifications : MBA / B Tech/CFA

Preferred Experience : 6-8 years

Skills:

- Hands-on experience in implementing ideally one of Murex, Kondor, Calypso, Summit etc

- Experience in system customization & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Domain knowledge of financial market products - FX spot, LTFX, OIS, Interest rate swaps, MIFOR, G7 cross currency swaps (CCIRS) - POS, COS, FX options etc

- Ability to manage product control for all FM products

- Work with mid office (MO)/back office (BO) to set up various market instruments including FX, derivatives, bonds etc and ensure robust implementation of market risk and financial control functions

- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury technology architecture - understanding of payments, processes and ability to design front to back (FTB) workflows/processes

- Ability to convert business needs into business requirement document and communicate the same to the IT team.

- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Team player, can work with multiple teams and business departments

Key Accountabilities:

The incumbent will work with a team on various aspects:

- Implementation of treasury technology for a start up bank.

- Analyze business needs, convert them into BRD (Business Requirement Document) and communicate the same to the Vendor/ IT team to get it implemented.

- Design financial market products as per the business and market trends

- Analyze product specific customization requirements; identify gaps between what the standard system offers and what the business demands.

- Liasing with vendors to implement customization and conduct UAT.

- Set up product control for all FM products

- Buildup treasury work flows connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution

- Work with mid office (MO)/back office (BO) to set up various market instruments including FX, derivatives, bonds etc and ensure robust implementation of market risk and financial control functions
