IDFC Ltd. is looking for talented professionals who will be a part of the Strategy, planning and MIS function of the bank.
Reporting: Director - Strategy Planning & MIS
Job Description Principal responsibilities:
- Assisting business and support units with relevant research, data analysis and information that aid their planning and decision making process
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans and budgets for business and/or support units.
- Conceptualization, development and implementation of MIS and management dashboards for various levels within the organization
- Be the system champion for assigned systems ensuring all planning, data and MIS functionalities are addressed. Participate in system implementation and testing from a user perspective.
Desired Profile:
- 1-3 years of related experience preferably in the planning & MIS functions of banks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize insights from data
- Excellent verbal and written skills with expertise in Microsoft office tools - Excel, word and power point
- Experience in any one of these functions - Treasury, transaction banking, FTP, inclusion banking, cost control & operations would be a huge plus.
