Position No - 00001097	 	 Business Unit - Financial Markets Group		  Job Title - FX Trading		  Designation - Senior Vice President		  No of Positions - 1		  Grade - MM2		  Reporting to - Head FX Trading		  Location - Mumbai		  Desired Profile - MBA/ CA/ CFA		  Minimum Experience - 6 years	  Maximum Experience - 10 years	  Qualification - MBA/ CA/ CFA		  Skills/ Key Requirements -   1) Experience of trading FX cash, spot & forwards and preferably derivatives products, Other asset class experience will be beneficial  2) Knowledge and understanding of pricing  3) Strong interest in number crunching & trading   4) Have passion for reading and understanding financial markets – both domestic and international  5) Proficiency with electronic trading systems is preferred  6) Highly motivated, independent and a strong team player  7) Aggressive, disciplined and ability to multitask under high pressure situations 		 Key Accountabilities -   1) Help setting up FX trading desk from scratch   2) Trade in FX cash, spot & forward – both prop trading & market making   3) Proficient in USD INR and additional currency pairs  4) Basic understanding of FX Swaps and dated CCIRS (MIFOR) desirable  5) Track FX & Money market closely to generate trade ideas regularly  6) Design trading strategies & trading models using quantitative (technical) and qualitative (fundamental) parameters.  7) Work closely with technology team in development and launch of FX/Derivatives products by providing business inputs to technology team, also participate in UAT. 		 Industry Preference			  1.
