MBA/ CA grad with 5 - 7 years of financial industry experience which should include risk analytics, risk management, consumer risk, retail banking experience within banking industry  2. Strong knowledge of risk management and internal control principles  3. Strong analytical and problem solving ability; ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems and evaluate correlations and synthesize data driven insights.  4. Ability to gather and analyze information, design tests and verification procedures to confirm accuracy and strengths of a given control point.  Key Accountabilities	  - Credit assessment and analysis of financial statements of the borrower/s involved in the loan proposal  - Understating customer profile and business model of the borrower/s  - Minimizing the risk involved in the proposal through sufficient mitigants and collaterals   - Underwriting and credit assessment of retail loan proposals for New and Re-Finance loans on various products in consumer banking/ retail banking.  - Also taking care of loan against property (LAP / Mortgage loan) and Personal loans proposals.  - Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate reporting of key risk indicators including credit key risk indicators, driving enhancements to the key risk indicators framework and leading discussions in control forums to assess appropriateness of key risk indicators metrics, control limits and implications of observed results.  - Responsible for Recruiting, Managing, Monitoring and mentoring a team of CPA  - Create and maintain quality portfolio of the bank by ensuring underwriting standards, policy and due diligence  - Ensuring compliance with underwriting strategies and regulatory requirements   - Ability to enhance effectiveness by building networks within the bank  - Manage multiple tasks involved in the profile with respect to risk management  - Lead, coach and develop the team responsible for managing the Key Risk Indicator process within the product handling.  - Critically review key credit risk metrics and drive discussion with the business partners on risk trends.   - This function will develop and enhance the team's capabilities in assessing key risks, provide direction to ensure effectiveness of controls, analyze results and make recommendations for improvement   - Engage with the credit risk managers to formulate action plan or assess the soundness of an action plan when required  Partner with business teams across Operations, Marketing and other disciplines to effectively manage Key Risk Indicator metrics aggregation  Industry Preference	  1.
