Preferred Qualifications : Post Graduate and or preferably an MBA/CA/CFA

Preferred Experience : 2-5 years

- Sound knowledge of markets/business environment and various financial products

- Strong communication skills

- Diligent and process oriented

- Self starter

Key Accountabilities:

- Increasing market share from the existing relationships.

- Acquiring new relationships and broad basing the business.

- Handling retail sales through Banking and other channels

- Actively work towards implementing processes and ideas for increasing the volumes of channel partners on regular basis.

- Handling retail sales through Independent Financial Advisors, and National Distributors relationships
