- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance & overall Transaction Banking business.
- Strong product development, structuring & customizing, presentation and customer services skills.
- Ability to support the delivery of the SCM & Commercial Banking Business Plan with the resources available
- MBA/Chartered Accountant by qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.
- Creating innovation.
- Providing support across the supply chain
- Strong inter-personal skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Head of Trade Finance Product to design and create SCM product suite of the bank, aligned with business objectives and client's requirements.
- Participate in Transaction Banking & Commercial Banking (SME & MME) strategic plan discussions, including annual planning & budgeting, and analysis of customer & product profitability for SCM.
- Coordinate with front-end sales team (Commercial Banking & Corporate Banking) for initial product conceptualization and client on-boarding procedures.
- Coordinate with Technology and Operations team to implement the required technology and workflows to launch SCM products.
- Ensure that controls are built into the product delivery process and adherence to guidelines set by internal & external regulators.
- Take feedback from front-end teams to ensure customer needs are met through product solutions; provides inputs for product development, pricing/ charges.
- Coordinate with support departments during the product development process to ensure smooth operations from the time of launch.
- Work with Technology team to implement new SCM solutions on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with Operations team for: Cost Analysis; capacity tracking & enhancement, audit, compliance and risk assessment.
- Ensure quick resolution to clients' queries and problems within mutually agreed upon turnaround time.
- Training Sales Managers on Supply Chain Finance products.
