Skills/ Key Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of Govt. business Products i.e. Authorisation, State Tax Payments, Direct & Indirect Tax, ePayments for Govt Departments, Pension Disbursements, etc & overall Transaction Banking business.

- Entrepreneurial mind set as the business needs to be set up from scratch and will require tenacity in collaboration and forging partnerships with external & internal stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of bank policies, regulations, and procedures.

- Strong product development, structuring & customizing, presentation and customer services skills.

- MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant by qualification.

- Strong communication & inter personal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.

Key Accountabilities:

- Work closely with the Product Management Head, to develop innovative transaction banking products for Government Businesses.

- Work on products to be offered and pricing of the products as per business strategy and competition benchmarks.

- Evaluate key technology and operation partners for best transaction banking offerings for Govt Businesses.

- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for communicating the product specifications to technology and operations for initial launch.

- Work closely with technology team in development and launch of products by providing business inputs to technology team and owning UAT and pre-launch modifications from business perspective.

- Develop product delivery process along with operations and compliance team, ensuring processes as per guidelines set by internal and external regulators.

- Coordinate with support departments during the product development process to ensure smooth operations from the time of launch.

- Ensure quick resolution to clients' queries and problems within mutually agreed upon turnaround time.
