Objective:
- Drive business excellence across the Bank's businesses
Key Responsibilities:
- Help set up the business excellence department for the bank
- Drive the quality culture across the organization
- Train & create awareness among key stakeholders about operational excellence and quality tools
- Strengthen process robustness by implementing different operational excellence concepts (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TQM, Kaizen)
- Co-ordinate and drive improvement initiatives in a structured manner.
- Partner with various department heads and process owners.
- Drive standardization across the organization with emphasis on Daily Work Management.
- Build organizational capabilities in understanding and usage of quality tools.
- Increase awareness of total quality management and employee participation in various qualities of initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Possesses minimum 7 - 10 years experience in operations and last 3-5 years in operational/ business excellence function
- MBA/MBA equivalent
- Should posses Process & Operation expertise in Financial Services.
- Should have a certification in TQM/ Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing/ TQM, Kaizen and have been a implementor of the same
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Implementation - Migration & Transition.
- Quality Excellence.
- Project conceptualization & Planning.
- Business Process Management.
- Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to identify areas in need of improvement and to make viable recommendations for system and operational/procedural changes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good analytical skills and ability to think innovatively.
