ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for delivering high quality, detailed business requirement and process design documentation

- Responsible for meeting timelines of design engagements

- Continually seeks ways of improving work processes. Interfaces with all levels of management to identify, develop and implement initiatives to improve departmental efficiency

- Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations

- Relationship management and collaboration with business partners ensuring their needs are met.

- Building strong networks with key stakeholders at all points in the organization, creating an ability to execute at pace with minimum conflict

- Responsible for maintaining Quality: performance versus specification of design products in testing and production

Competencies in order of priority:

- 3-7 years experience in financial services industry

- SME/Working experience of retail liability products CASA & TD

- Working experience preference includes operations, product note, process flows, operating manuals, test case preparation, testing

- System implementation knowledge will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduation (Preferably Finance/Accounts/Commerce/Banking ) Any 5-7 years

- Post-Graduation (Business Administration/ Commerce/ Banking) ( Tier 1-2) 3-5 years
