Skills:

- Graduate / Post Graduate

- Possess a minimum 6 years of total experience and 3 Yrs of relevant experience in Mortgage financing

- Building, Leading, Training and Motivating the team towards goal accomplishments

- Demonstrated advanced analytical, problem solving, and documentation skills

- Ability to take end to end responsibility of tasks, coordinate with the business stake holders and provide necessary support .

- Ability to define sales targets for loans products and prepare business plans and implement programs to achieve plans

Key Accountabilities:

- Mortgages, Home loans, Affordable housing, lending to urban poor, Micro-housing loans, and Rural housing finance

- Plan and execute strategies and moves to ensure business developments; perform budgeting and forecasting whilst assessing productivity of all team members and other key personnel.

- Sourcing Mortgages from BC/DSA based channels.

- Job role will require continuous and regular engagement with the service team, product team, credit administration team, credit policy team, DSA/BC other acquisition partners senior managers and team leaders.

- Responsible for disbursal numbers, new accounts and quality of new accounts

- Revenue optimization (via boarding rates, fee realization and driving one sell)

- Achieve disbursement targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market/ Bank Branch network and alternate channels.

- Monitor productivity, reduce TAT at all stages for Home Loans. Regular interaction with the FI agency, Legal, Technical team, Risk Intelligence and Fraud Control team for timely reports.

- Closely working with Policy team on Policy Formulation/Processes/New product launches tailor made to enhance business / Strategic initiatives / Business plan along with interface with the technology team for seamless execution in Mortgage loans
