Skills:

- Graduate/Post-graduate

- Possess minimum 6-8 years of total experience and 5 years of relevant experience in Business lending

- Ability to define sales targets, prepare business plans and implement programs to achieve target

- Excellent understanding of products,credit process and maintain TAT

- Strong sales and relationship management skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach people at all levels of seniority

- Commercial knowledge to analyze market data and identify new opportunities

- Numerical skills, to manage large budgets

Key Accountabilities:

- Originating and managing business loans- Unsecured & Hypothecation - to Micro-Enterprises, MSME, Rural SMEs - Tier 2-6 geographies

- Build corporate partnership tie-ups for enhancing reach and accessing new customer segments

- Manage the design, features and benefits of products, carry out pricing analysis, determine and support branch & distribution channels. Design, develop and implement promotional plans for the products

- Create Business Strategy and regular tracking of key product parameters for business expansion for these products.

- Take ownership for defining and developing all product features and functions, e.g., creating pricing models and customer acquisition plans.

- Contribute to overall corporate strategy and leverage subject matter expertise to guide product strategy.

- Provide support in negotiating strategic partnerships & business development opportunities, e.g., alternative data sources and customer acquisition points

- Work cross-functionally to identify synergies, differentiators, and challenges of core strengths, marketplace status quo and best-in-class

- Maintain comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities, trends and developments and make appropriate recommendations

- Team management for origination of loans and fulfillment of Targets for Approvals and Disbursement.
