Qualifications: Post Graduation

Skills:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in any stream

- Possess a minimum 8-10 years of total experience, preferably from financial/ auto sector

- Leadership & management skills

- Strategic decision making skills

- Adequate Banking and auto channel knowledge & experience

Key Accountabilities:

- Design & Develop Auto loans product program for Tier 2-6 segments and promote sales through the network - Tractor, Two-wheeler, Commercial Vehicles - both new and used

- Build partnerships with manufacturers and dealers & sub dealers

- Sales planning, prepare training modules for sales, training, design sales promotions

- Manage product portfolio and collections
