Skills:

- Strong finance and accounting fundamentals

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good Interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated academic excellence

- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Factset and other financial databases would be preferred

Key Accountabilities:

- Industry and financial analysis

- Developing models and valuation framework

- Preparation of information memorandum, road show presentation, pitch book and other marketing material

- Liaising with clients and investors (for transaction activities like data gathering, due diligence, termsheets, etc)
