(Government Business)   Grade : Senior Manager   Business Unit : COO Function  Function : Operations  Sub Function : Wholesale Banking Operations  Experience (Min to Max): 8 - 12 years  Location : Mumbai  Educational Qualifications : Any Graduate  Job Description:   - Maintain and exercise control over allotted task to ensure that services to customers are of the highest standard while constantly monitoring customer quality to minimize the risk of loss to the bank   - Conduct regular services review meetings with decision makers and operational contacts, prepare minutes and follow through all the issues raised by client and ensure timely resolution   - Liaise with Implementation, Sales, Operations, Product Management, Channel Management and Relationship Manager to ensure high quality services delivery throughout the cash & trade management value chain  - Continue to improve the client related processes, post implementation period   - Establish and maintain relationship and provide added service to selected clients in supporting the business relationship.  - Responsible to handle escalation issue and iron out any processing gaps identified during post implementation period.  - Provide regular updates/share of knowledge on client in portfolio to the Client Service Team  - Provide regular feedback to Products, Sales and Ops on competitors information obtained through clients sharing  - Receive regular updates from Advisory and Product on new product launches and market updates and pro-actively advise clients in portfolio   An Ideal Candidate should possess:  - Experience in a Specialist Client Services function  - A good understanding of wholesale transaction banking products (ie., cash Management Services (CMS) ; trade products and other general Banking services) along with Treasury and Regulatory knowledge.  - Handled government business clients.   Industry Preferences:  - Banking  Keyword Search:  - Client Service  - CMS & Clearing  - Trade Finance   - Regulatory Framework  - Audit & Compliance
