Job Responsibilities
The Candidate is expected to run and scale up the Retail Asset Operations by working closely with all stakeholders. This involves:
Driving Retail Asset Operations ( HL, LAP, PL, BL, CV, OD, DOD, products ) and ensuring the process for:
Documentation Requirement across new products
Data Entry, Validation and Disbursement across Systems
Processes to deal with Distribution Channel of the Bank
Query Management across Distribution Channel
Processes to update branches/hubs on new processes, procedures.
Contribute to new product development.
Ensure Comprehensive Documentation, Storage, safekeeping of files.
PDC Safekeeping, ECS Registration & Triggering Collections across Products
Partner / Vendor Management.
Client / Business Queries & Processes
Continuous evaluation of Processes with a focus on bringing in improvement
Managing stakeholders Business/Credit/Legal & Other support function and provide Operation perspective related to assets business line.
Drive and achieve cost efficiency by way of process improvement & automation of Business process
Building and Managing team at HO (CPU) & Branch's Operation (HUB) and ensure effective delivery of agreed SLA across all stakeholders
Interactions with consumer Banking focused on improving the control environment and improving on TAT's.
Contribute to drafting policies for regular monitoring and reviewing existing systems and procedures and design internal controls /quality audit checks for various processes.
Ensuring the processes and policies are compliant and streamlined within the Regulatory Guidelines.
Production of various MIS / Analytics / Dashboard for review with Senior Management & Business.
Driving all Digital initiative and operationalize the framework for alliance and partnership based lending programs
Identify, appoint and Working with Partners / Vendors and monitor Vendor performance/Quality and build operational framework to minimize the vendor risk.
Create processes in line with the overall organizations objective by regular interactions with business and allied functions.
Ensuring that the Operations are run at a level of Cost, Accuracy, Efficiency, and Customer Delight in line with Organizational Objectives.
Develop a BCP / DR Framework and continuously improve upon it.

Technical Skills
In depth knowledge about all aspects of Retail Banking Operations specifically Asset Mortgage Operations. HL/LAP specifically must have hands on experience on
All round experience of working with multiple CBS and Loan Systems
Experienced in handling multiple vendors (specialized in Banking Operations) and a demonstrable track record in bringing improvements.
Very good understanding of all RBI Rules and Regulations associated with Operations.
Ability to develop intermediate systems and workflows interfacing with mainframe systems.
Ability to maintain control over an outsourced set of operations with a lean team.
Must have worked in a branch and has a very good understanding of Branch Processes
Previous Experience
12-14 years in a Retail Consumer Bank / Retail NBFC
