Job Description :   - Pan India Procurement of Non IT Products including consumables like General stationery, Pre Printed Stationery, Cartridges, Housekeeping Consumable, Cafeteria Consumables, etc.   - Identify potential suppliers and negotiate with them for seamless supplies of materials.  - Procurement related to Repairs, Renovation & Maintenance of Office Spaces.  - Procuring goods from the vendors in right quantity and right prices, attaining a good margin including the profitability and allocating them in right quantity to the various companies and stores  - Encompassing the planning & management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion & logistics management activities  - Planning, implementing and rationalizing processes to minimize direct and indirect costs of the organization viz. material cost, labor cost, indirect expenses and overheads without compromising on the quality   - Procure and source materials to ensure optimum inventory level and develop cost effective solutions / substitutes for various materials  - Finalization of Pan India AMCs for Infra & Facility Related Services ACs, DG Sets, UPS, Elevators, Inverters, Water Sample Testing, Water Coolers, weighing scales, EPABX, Fire Systems, etc.  - Finalization of Rate Contracts : Housekeeping Items, Stationery Items, Tea/Coffee Vending Machines, Domestic Courier Services, Cargo Services-Air & Surface, International Courier Services, Painting Services, Fire Fighting Material, Paper Cups, etc.  - Manage Manpower Contracts like Housekeeping Services, complete Facility Management Services, Security Services, Vehicle Plying Services (Drivers), Distribution of incoming mail, etc.  - Finalization of Publishers & Printing of IDFC Reports and other printing requirement of Banking Business.  - Finalization of commercials with hotels for induction/training program.  - Infra set-up procurement related items for the branch roll out CAPEX items viz:- Inverters, Stabilizers, UPS, HVAC systems, Fire Extinguishers, Note counting machine, Note Sorting machines etc  An Ideal Candidate should possess :  - Minimum 5-8 years of related experience   - Superior written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively   - Strong verbal communication & stake holder management skills  - Be a professional of high level of integrity  - Graduation Completed, MBA preferred
