Business Intelligence Expert - REstate - Land Bank company - IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS (0-2 yrs)

Company Description : The company is called REstate and is in its early stages of setting up, and is a one of its kind Landowner focused - Customer Centric - Technology backed - Real Estate Investment Structure. It is backed by Idein Ventures which is a global Venture Capital and Private Equity firm with startup and growth capital investments (including investments in other real estate related startups); and has a global growth plan with support from huge international firms in the process.

Role : The role mainly involves analytical skills and research ability, and can also be called "Entrepreneur in Residence" as it helps the candidate learn the tricks of entrepreneurship without venturing into the risks of entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities :

- To help frame business models for the company based on online and offline research

- To conduct market research and data analysis, to study demands of customers (real estate investors/ home buyers) and curate solutions accordingly to cater to their demands

- To plan market conditions, needs, problems and solutions, with respect to the real estate industry

- To represent the company in various stages of its growth, to different stakeholders

- To undertake generalist activities with respect to the company depending on the situation, while applying appropriate business intelligence

- To grow into a role of partially overseeing day to day operations of the business which includes connecting with landowners, associating with builders, overseeing real estate projects development, on-boarding architects and lawyers, maintaining and developing technology and product for the same, online and offline operational management, and all aspects of business development (precursor to the CEO in the long run)

- To be involved in all activities needed in the formation and growth a start-up, in general.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Entrepreneurial Desire and Passion is needed

- Decent knowledge of the functioning of real estate industry is needed

- Knowledge/Ability of working on ground, with experience either in professional capacity or extra-curricular capacity in college

- Graduates from premier institutes such as IITs and IIMs are preferred. Intellectual and analytical bent of mind is needed. Freshers are also welcome.
