Principal Accountability:  Drive Acquisitions in prepaid subscribers to gain market share.  - To ensure net adds to deliver the targeted budget  - To enhance revenue through additions of the nos.  - Target weak areas of market share and gross additions with specific interventions including issue resolution and aggressive sales promotion  - Identify potential areas for expansion of Prepaid base  - Strategise ways Improve the performance of New town.  Management of distribution and Channel partners to achieve smooth sales support operations	  - Identify distribution gaps and opportunities and take corrective action  - Monitor appointment of new channel partners and distributors as per the norms.  - Evaluate distribution model to suit requirement of growing business.   - Monitor the timely settlements of claims from company to channel and channel to trade.  Build capability and productivity by enhancing skills and monitoring progress. 	  - Tracking filed working and productivity of DSMs in the filed.  - BEAT-wise / Retailer-wise sales plan and implementation of the same at each TSM / TSE level.  - Closely monitoring performance of competitors? activities and market share tracking at each territory level.  Monitor site utilisation data to minimise the number of low capacity utilization sites. 	  - Close monitoring of the performance of each town having less than desired capacity utilization.  - Drive sales team to focus on acquisition by expanding retail network, placement of adequate stock and carrying out BTL activities to generate consumer demand.  Driving sales team for right quality acquisition, minimising non-collection of documents and ?0? usage. 	  - Close monitoring of the quality of acquisition and keeping the sales team posted on the status / trend so that corrective action can be ensured and quality of acquisition is maintained.
