In UPE, Idea is the 3rd largest selling mobile telephony brand and 3rd largest player in terms of revenues. Since last 18 months, Idea is continuously gaining subscriber & revenue market share in UPE. Currently only 23-25% of the idea voice user base is a data User, there needs to be a clear focus and strategy for acquiring in a competitive scenario and converting own base to data usage subs.  Challenges:-  - Increase data user base : From current Idea base and acquire new subs directly on data platform with 6 very strong brands present in UPE, designing acquisition offers and conversion from existing base with data enabled handset for increasing data user subscriber share will be a big challenge in coming FY.  - Recommend ways for increasing ARPU and ARMB from current level to ensure profitability without affecting attractiveness of the acquisition, Open Market & UnR offers.  - Currently usage churn in Data is very high, to design segmented UnR offers to reduce churn and increase usage base.  - Track and design geographic data usage growth. (site wise/District/Tehsil wise)  - In this competitive scenario, ensuring quality of acquisition would be major challenge  - Coordination with other Departments & Vendors in getting Job completed within specified TAT (Turn Around Time)  Principal Accountabilities  Accountability (Write In same format as the Job Purpose)	  - Supporting Actions (Specific activities required to achieve the Principal Accountability)  - To propose attractive products & market promos and launch Corporate Products for acquisition.	  - Analyze Consumer behavior to identify potential products that may be launched to meet consumer requirements  - Seek market feedback to understand customer behavior and identify customer requirements and scope for new products  - Propose products after checking their financial viability to the vertical head  - To co-ordinate with other function on new product launches and ensure correct implementation of the products to maximise customer acquisition.	  - Ensure that the IT/IN configures the correct tariff in the application  - Ensure that the SDQ and sales representatives are correctly trained on the new products and therefore correct information is disseminated to the customer facing employees  - Ensure Finance CRA is educated on time on new products as they track and potential revenue leakages in the system  - Coordinate with Brand Team & Vendors in carrying out Launch of new products  - To collate and analyze Product Performance data and modify products where necessary to maximise customer acquisition from any given product	  - Analyze impact on ARMB and Revenue due to product Launch  - Measure Product performance against Set Target  - Evaluate the reasons for the level of customer usage growth  - Propose modifications, cancelling and new introduction of products based on the findings  - To collate and analyze factors affecting User drop/Usage drop/ARMB drop & take corrective measure to achieve Budgeted numbers	  - Monitor acquisition / UnR data to identify trends and patterns   - Analyse these trends to identify various factors affecting 2G data growth  - Make recommendations for circle level prepaid/Postpaid 2g Data customer acquisition/UnR strategy where scope exists  - To furnish and submit report to TRAI w.r.t compliance to TRAI Norms through reports	  - Submit TRAI Filing Quarterly  - Notify TRAI about New product Launches
